Hi I am trying to create a somewhat follow the sun schedule for my team. note: All times are in UTC+3 I have an IL team of 3 which I want to be on call during IL daylight time (08:00 to 17:00) excluding IL weekends (Fri to Sat) I have 2 US EST folks who I need to join the on call between their daylight time (15:00 to 0000) and finally I have one engineer on PST who I also want to join the on call rotation between her daylight (18:00 to 03:00) As an added complication I want the US base team (Both EST and PST ) to be on call excluding their weekends which is (Sat to Sun) Can you help me create this schedule? is it possible? Azure alerts recently moved into Log Alert v2 which means the result sets of your query will no longer be sent as a payload to the target, in this case, PagerDuty. The payload will instead have URL for query api which can be used to get the actual result data. Do we have any way in PagerDuty to unfold the underlying result data?

Hi everyone, TL;DR - Looking for examples of how everyone else has their Services and Event Orchestrations configured. TIA! I joined my team about 6 months ago and one of my first projects was to convert our PagerDuty Event Rules to Event Orchestration. I had a pretty limited knowledge of the system and did the best I could given the time frame provided. Now that I’ve got a little more time, I’d like to see if there is a way to enhance the configuration of the Services/Orchestrations to be cleaner and more insightful. Currently, I have it set up as followed - Orchestration #1: Core Services (Production) Services: [SystemName1] (Production) [SystemName2] (Production P1-P2) [SystemName2] (Production P3) [SystemName2] (Production P4-P5) Goodnight (Production) After Hours Support - Core Engineers Catch-All (Production) Orchestration #2: Core Services (Non-Production) Services: [SystemName1] (Non-Production) [SystemName2] (Non-Production) Catch-All (Non-Production) All of the alerts get tri
I was just trying to disassociate team and schedule with API call. But I got error like. “error”: { “message”: “Invalid Schedule”, “code”: 3001, “errors”: { “rotation_layers.members.base”: [ “Stakeholders cannot be added to schedules” ] } }, Previously, I was able to do it without any problems. So, what’s wrong with this error? What’s wrong with my schedule?
Whenever we use the ‘Start Meeting’ in the Teams integration, it starts the meeting in a dedicated chat. Is there any way to force it to start the meeting in a specified channel? We have a specific channel for each service and would like for the incident meeting to be held in the specified channel.
Our single responder keeps receiving extra calls after acknowledging the incident in the Pagerduty app. Instead of one call, it ends up being four calls back to back even after the issue is resolved in the app. The calls won’t go away unless the call is answered and the incident is resolved in the call. Why is this happening and is there any way to fix this issue?
Hi everyone, is there a way where we can integrate confluence calendar with pagerduty on-call schedules. OR is there a way where we can put vacation holidays or anyother kind of leave of absence in pagerduty on call schedules instead of overriding it
I have created a very simple Service Orchestration to set the priority on incoming incidents. This is to replace the existing Event Rule that we have (that I presume will be turned of in June). However it doesn’t work. No priority is set on the incoming incident. There’s no condition and PD says it should fire for every event - but it just doesn’t. Can anyway help with why?

The account I’m referring to has EI enabled (30 minutes) and Global Orchestration (AIOps) 00:00 Alert A comes in, triggers Incident #001 and sets Priority to P3 00:25 Alert B comes in, grouped into Incident #001 setting Priority to P1 00:35 Alert C comes in, grouped into Incident #001 setting Incident status as Resolved Can you please tell me how this can be achieved.
We have implemented the ServiceNow pluging, everynow and then some incidents does not trigger PagerDuty and we get the following error in ServiceNow PagerDuty REST failed to trigger an incident: Requester User Not Found Is there a configuration to allow servicenow users who do not have a pagerduty account to still trigger a pagerduty incident ?
Hi all I have the following situation that i need to solve: 3 nagios servers all pushing to pagerduty and for each host or service that is being alerted i’d like to distribute the incidents between 2 teams. Example: CPU load alert comes in, should be assigned to SRE, Disk space alert comes in, should be assigned to ITOps. Any possibility to do that? Thanks

Even after signing in to wistia with a Microsoft Account, I was not able to access this recording. I suggest that Rundeck team should publish such content on a platform more open and broadly accessible (I did find some interesting videos on youtube, but I cannot say, wether the said video is pressent there). When ServiceNow Incident is Assigned to Any person, PagerDuty Incident gets assigned to that person and self acknowledged. We don’t want to Self Acknowledge the PagerDuty incident when ServiceNow Incident is assigned to anyone. The Assigned To Field in ServiceNow is updated with any person, PagerDuty Should not acknowledge and stay Triggered until Paged out person acknowledges the PagerDuty. How to make that happen? Looking at Business Rules - PD Ack incident on self-assignment, does this needs to be turned off?

Hello, I have many websites with a UptimeRobot monitor for each one, and I want to know if I can use a single UptimeRobot integration (single integration key) for managing multiple PagerDuty services. Basically : 1/ On UptimeRobot : Website A => alert contact with integration key XYZ Website B => alert contact with integration key XYZ Website C => alert contact with integration key XYZ 2/ On Pagerduty : if Website A is down / up => open / close incident on Website A service if Website B is down / up => open / close incident on Website B service if Website C is down / up => open / close incident on Website C service Thank you very much for your help ! Hi team , We have specific team which is on pagerduty schedule for weekend. We have created the layer, Is it possible to only show weekend calendar for the team as now it is showing whole week in the schedule tab.
Rundeck 4.8.0 community version on Redhat 9 Linux with Windows node. My Rundeck jobs call powershell (.ps1) scripts on the windows node as a command. For example : Command : E:\\Scripts\\test.ps1 -name ${option.name} -address ${option.address} If there are any errors encountered in the script, the Rundeck job dies. The rundeck output gives the NonZeroResultCode message NonZeroResultCode: [WinRMPython] Result code: 1 There’s more code that needs to be run after where the error occurred, but Rundeck just dies and doesn’t continue the rest of the .ps1. I previously used Rundeck version 3.something, I thing it was 3.9. If there was an error in the script, such as a get or a set failed, the Rundeck console would just display the text of the error in red, and continue. Now I know I can change my code and add try/catch statements, -erroraction SilentlyContinue and so on. However it makes no sense to me that Rundeck takes it upon itself to kill my script because a get or a set failed. I want t
