Based in Sheffield, UK. Worked across nearly all of the BT Brands which include, Plusnet, BT and EE in varying different engineering functions. Really enjoy working with people face to face and just getting stuff done!

2 years, AIOps, Process Automation and PagerDuty Advance

Tell us about your experience using a PagerDuty product, native integrations, custom APIs, extensions or add-ons to services/systems challenges you were trying to fix/solve/improve and what you achieved after the implementation (feel free to include performance metrics, if available or any fun/odd/remarkable stories).:
I identified PagerDuty as the tool of choice as a system of action for BT Business nearly two years ago, as we're going from strength to strength with the products and support we have utilised from PagerDuty. We're on a journey of automating all of our incident management process end to end, helping drive down our MTTA and MTTR.

What type of resources you like/use the most when in need of support? Knowledge Base, Ops Guides, LinkedIn/Twitch streams, 1o1 with Devops Advocate/Account Manager/Solutions Consultant, Community Forums, PagerDuty University training/certifications or other. Tell us why!:
The first place I always head to is a Knowledgeable (we're using some really cool Early Access features from PagerDuty which will really help us get the information we need even quicker!)

Do you have a favorite PagerDuty product and/or API, integration? Tell us why!:
Process Automation, we just love to automate things. We don't have the hassle of having to worry about managing any of the infrastructure around the platform, we can just concentrate on automating.

What feature you like to see implemented in our Operations Cloud ecosystem in the future?:
A more all in one package between Automation and PagerDuty. There are a few little gaps, such as one SSO for access into both platforms.
