It is common to discover that there are parameters on services and other resource types which are not properly exposed in the PagerDuty API and are only available in the UI.

This request is to make the REST API a complete interface to PagerDuty configuration and for it to be a first-class part of PagerDuty, not an after-thought which is only partially implemented. A request was made to add a single field to the API almost 7 years ago and it was never done. That’s a very strange attitude to take to a service used by highly technical people.
