We are seeing incidents raised with name “unknown rule” without any proper info of incident.

Does anyone know the cause. The integration it is coming from is Microsoft OMS

    Hello @Fergal.

    I would recommend you to open a support ticket as our support team will be more effective in supporting you.

    One thing to double-check though is Microsoft OMS. I might be wrong but I believe the product is no longer supported.
