repetitive alerts until issue is resolved

My requirement is to repetitive alerts until issue is resolved, for an exmaple, someone in ,y team resolve the issue by mistake  but actual  issue is not resolved in this casr alert should be triggered in every 5 minutes bcz cloudwatch send only an alarm to pagerduty

In the meantime, you can check out our new feature to reopen incidents that are marked resolved unintentionally. They will re-notify when they are opened. The docs for this are here.

If you find folks are acknowledging incidents but not resolving, there is a service-level setting to re-trigger an incident after a timeout. This setting is off by default, and you’d have to set it for each PagerDuty service that have ack’s going stale. You can check out that feature in the docs here.
