Can someone please help how to fix this. I have sent mail to PD support, but have not got any reply from last 2 weeks.

    Hi Rohit.

    Do you have a screen capture or additional details? I’m not sure what you are seeing. Are you looking at a dashboard or the service page?

    This is resolved now. This was a bug at Pagerduty end as confirmed by their support team…
