is there any way to disable the redirection on title click, i just want to display a simple text message.

Hi Sachin, currently you cannot customise the content of the PagerDuty card in Slack and remove the hyperlink. If you would like to send me a direct message of you use case and account details I can raise / add your vote to a feature request.
