I’d like to confirm whether there is a dedicated FedRAMP- API version available, or if it is the same API as the standard version. If there is a separate endpoint or documentation for the FedRAMP API, could you please share the link?

There is not a separate or dedicated FedRAMP API endpoint. The same API endpoints and documentation are used for both standard and FedRAMP-authorized environments. The difference is in the compliance and controls applied to the environment, not the API itself.
Most core PagerDuty features and APIs are in scope for FedRAMP. You can see a detailed list of in-scope services and features here:
