Apart from alerts, all notifications I received from Pageduty is showing redirect urls as it is not like embedded in the anchor word. Simple words it is not HTML card, just plain text.
Does anyone faced this?

From what you are showing me on those images, it is the expected behaviour 🙂
Emails like the “is going on call” one include text links to handle overrides, manage on-call, or unsubscribe. There are no anchor words, as in the alert email.
