I’m not finding an answer in the knowledge base, so posting here:Â
On a Service, if I populate a link to a Confluence page runbook in the “Documentation Link” field, how exactly does that show up for responders on an Incident? I can’t see a placeholder or field on the Incident layout. The Knowledge Base states that “Once configured, responders can view the documentation link in the same section on a service's details page under Settings  Remediate.”
Does this mean that the link won’t show on an incident for that service?Â
