data retention for alerts

Hello 

I was wondering what is the data retention policy for the alert as how long alerts/incidents data is kept in the pagerduty. I couldnt find any settings/config for that or any documentation.

    Hey ​@msaeed, hope you are having an amazing day so far!

    Data retention is governed by the Master Agreement (Section 3.5) between the parties as well as PagerDuty's Privacy Policy. PagerDuty's Privacy Policy provides: "Data Retention. PagerDuty keeps personal data as long as required to provide the Online Services you have requested or registered for and comply with applicable laws."

    If you have specific compliance requirements for data retention/deletion, you'd need to contact PagerDuty Support or your Account team!

    Thanks Daniel. Actually I was referring to the alerts/incidents data rather than personal information. For example we received an alert, then it got closed. How long that data stays in pagerduty.
