Sorry you’re getting woken up after acknowledging incidents. What you’re seeing is likely due to the Acknowledgement Timeout setting on your PagerDuty service. When this is enabled (often set to 10 minutes by default), any acknowledged incident will automatically re-trigger and notify you again after that period, regardless of whether you acknowledged it in the app.
To fix this, you (or your admin) can go to the PagerDuty web app, open the affected service, and check the “Re-trigger acknowledged incidents after [TIME]” setting under Service Settings. You can either increase the timeout or turn it off if you don’t want incidents to keep coming back after you acknowledge them.
