Where I live, we use 24 hour clock, we start the week on Monday, and date format is dd.mm.yy. How do I select this in the web interface?
I’m running on a EU instance, why is 12 hour format default?

Thank you for this question, I can say it’s been requested multiple times (including by ourselves internally 😅), and it’s currently a known limitation of PagerDuty, implemented in different ways across the products. The team is actively looking to normalize the way we present date & time, and provide users with more choice and flexibility. I’ll add this feedback to the roadmap item and will get back to this topic once there’s an update.

I think it is embarrassing to have an internationally used software that uses dates that are super confusing to, can I say, ALL non-Americans. Please make it a setting or at least directed by timezone.
It is not like it is Y2K level software change. I only have the issue on the week view.
PagerDuty is used by SRE to handle major incidents, so all the information must be as precise as possible. So the only non confusing date/time format for all people is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM[:SS] TZ (ISO 8601). Could you please finally implement at least option to enable that?
