September product drop is here!
Each month, we spotlight our top Generally Available and Early Access features through a consistent, easy-to-follow format of demos and blogs. Here is a quick look at what’s new this month:
🤖 AI & Automation
- PD Automation Runner (EA): Extend PagerDuty Workflow Actions and the SRE Agent to your on-prem and self-hosted tools, like Kubernetes, Splunk, and Grafana, without opening a single inbound port. Pull diagnostics or trigger remediation the moment an incident hits.
🛠️ Full-lifecycle Incident Management
- Slack Experience Enhancements: Building on progressive updates to our Slack app, teams can now resolve incidents even faster with new updates included below:
- Quick declare of incidents even if not mapped to a service (in rolling GA now)
- One-click post-incident reviews kicked off in Slack (GA)
- Custom incident cards (in Early Access)
- AI-powered incident communications (in Early Access)
- Post-Incident Reviews in PagerDuty web UI (GA): Turn incidents into learning without leaving your workflow. Start drafts with one-click, and complete them in the web UI with context and timelines built in.
💻 Platform & Ecosystem
- Scoped OAuth for Public Apps (EA): See, approve, and revoke third-party OAuth apps from one place. Apps request only the specific resources they need, and developers can publish them for customers to install.
