We are thrilled to kick off our very first Monthly Product Drop!

What are Product Drops?

While our major Spring and Fall launches define our big-picture vision for Autonomous Operations, Product Drops are all about delivery.

Every month, we’re bringing the roadmap to life by highlighting newly available features - both Generally Available (GA) and Early Access (EA). It’s the PagerDuty way of showing you exactly how we’re turning big ideas into the tools you use every day!

Our May 2026 Drop focuses on helping you move from reactive, manual coordination to autonomous operations that build resiliency:

  • 🤖 SRE Agent Enhancements: Triage just got turbocharged. New connectivity + new capabilities = faster resolution.
    • New configuration experience (EA) for agent connectors and tools, with skills planned for May (EA)
    • Agentic triage straight from an incident workflow (EA)
    • Direct access to SRE Agent from the Incident Details Page (GA)
       
  • 🎯 Shift-Based Schedules (GA planned for May): Schedules are more flexible than ever. Quick start options, custom shifts, and multi-responder support for shadow training or increased coverage.
     
  • 📝 Post-Incident Reviews in PagerDuty UI (EA): Turn incidents into learnings. Real-time collaboration and actionable insights built into your PagerDuty workflow.
     
  • ⚡ Slack Experience Upgrades (EA planned in May): Dedicated incident channels, one-click incident declaration, centralized configuration, and new commands to page responders directly from Slack.
