While integrating servicenow with PD, even though we have business license, I’m unable to create incident workflow to create incident automatically.
 

  • I’m anticipating to creating an incident automatically by creating incident workflows.
  • Conditionally creating incidents based on warning/critical and threshold value of a metric from monitoring tool.
  • Not every alert should be an incident in servicenow. Manual action is needed for warnig alerts (sync with servicenow) to create icnident.
  • Can we create an incident in servicenow assignemnt group and have a track of it in pagerduty?
  • To resolve the PD incident automatically, do i need to enable recovery alert from monitoring tool?
