Is there anyway for users to put dates of their non availability so that the scheduler doesn’t put them on for upcoming out of office dates.

Hi @usmcjoker,

PagerDuty doesn’t have a built-in “out of office” or “non-availability” setting for users, but you can accomplish this using schedule overrides. Just go to your schedule, add an override for the dates you’ll be away, and assign a replacement. This way, the scheduler won’t put you on-call during your time off. If you’re planning a longer absence, you can also edit the schedule or set an end-date for your rotation.

Here are some helpful links to get you going:

The team is actively working on making the experience with schedules, OOO and PTO better, and we’ll have news to share on upcoming improvements soon.

Hope this helps. Have a nice day!
