Hi,
started happening a bit more than a week ago, changes to Service Routes got automatically discarded within some time, it is related to both creation of new Service Route or modification rules inside of existing one.
Raised a ticket, but unfortunately no response within several days, any clue would be really helpful, maybe it is limitation of our license or it is some kind of a bug ?

I picked the brains of our product dev team on this topic. I’ve heard this could be a matter of collisions between 2 people editing the same router at the same time.
E.g. 2 users start editing a rule/ruleset at the same time, person 1 submits their change, time passes, person 2 submits their change, person 2 overwrites person 1’s changes.
Could this be the root cause?
