I have created a very simple Service Orchestration to set the priority on incoming incidents. This is to replace the existing Event Rule that we have (that I presume will be turned of in June).


However it doesn’t work. No priority is set on the incoming incident. There’s no condition and PD says it should fire for every event - but it just doesn’t.


Can anyway help with why?

Solved it… worked out that you need to “Switch to Service Orchestrations.” You can’t have events and orchestrations running side by side. Which makes sense, but isn’t obvious from the docs or the interface…
