Hi all! Our CSM is going to submit this request also, but here’s my post on it…
In a Team view along the top there are currently only:
- Users
- Schedules
- Escalation Polices
- Services
- Subscriptions
It would be a huge help for us to also have available there:
- Business Services
- Event Orchestrations
- Event Rulesets
…and any/all other types of “things” which are owned by a specific Team.
We tell our users that the Team page is a great starting point for any work in PD other than responding to Incidents, so adding all those remaining Team-owned types would be a big help.
