We have implemented the ServiceNow pluging, everynow and then some incidents does not trigger PagerDuty and we get the following error in ServiceNow PagerDuty REST failed to trigger an incident: Requester User Not Found
Is there a configuration to allow servicenow users who do not have a pagerduty account to still trigger a pagerduty incident ?
