Can we select the status update template while adding send status update as an action in the response play?

Hi Preethu. This feature isn’t currently available in response plays, or their replacement, Incident Workflows. The new workflows do have a more robust feature set for creating messages, but do not currently make use of the templates that are available to responders in the webui.

Is there any alternate way to build custom status updates in workflows with more features that are available in status update templates (like html)?
