Is it possible to customize the email notifications automatically sent by PagerDuty when a incident is created?

Hey Preethu! I’m afraid that’s not possible at this time for incident notifications. However, if you are sending notifications to your stakeholders, you can customize the email that is sent to them using our new status update notification templates. More on that here: https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/status-update-templates
