i wasn’t familiar with NinjaOne, but I found their booth here at re:Invent. The integration you found to send info from NinjaOne to PagerDuty is what exists now. Are you looking to send info or actions from PagerDuty back to NinjaOne? In that case, there isn’t anything out of the box.

Thank you for the quick reply, and no I don’t believe that I am trying to send information back to ninjaOne from PagerDuty.

The ninjaOne admin portal is requesting a Service Integration Key however to connect their Notification Channel to PagerDuty. This is what I was searching for here on the Service Integrations:

It looks like NinjaOne will use an “Events API v2” integration. The first screenshot there shows the Events API integration in the first box. Select that one to add to your service. PagerDuty will give you an integration key for that service, which you should be able to use in your NinjaOne configuration. It will be a long string.
