Hello.


We have had complaints from users that the new slack integration takes up too much screen space on desktop slack and is almost unusable in slack on phones.

Also, I am unable to access the support area when logged into my account - I would have prefered to raise this issue there.

I agree, the new integration is too distracting and too big to use on small screens and mobile devices. Now the incident title goes to two lines on mobile.


IMO it was much easier to parse incident status with the red/green line on the left side of the message. The huge icon shouldn’t be the thing getting your attention, but the alert itself. If everything is important nothing is, and now everything looks like is on fire.


This is an awful design choice. You can’t read any alerts on Slack n the mobile app and you can see 5 alerts on a 1440p screen! Can we look to get this reverted back to how it was please?


It would also work if there was a template option in the UI which allows us to edit the format of a slack message contents, and remove the excessively large fisher-price looking logo.


For the time being I may need to disable / remove the slack integration from PagerDuty and make my own slack integration which hooks into the PagerDuty API 😕 This would be rather annoying but the current integration is not usable at all!
