We have a requirement where in multiple responders from different teams have to ACK an incident. Is there a way for all responders to get notifications until they have ACK the incident. Currently the notifications are paused as soon as one of the responder ACK the incident.

I don’t think there is a way with escalation policies to accomplish this. Remembering that the escalation policy’s goal it to get a human’s awareness while reducing noise for the rest.


I would use a response play in addition to the escalation policy. The primary team on the escalation policy with additional responders/escalations requested via response play. They would all need to ack the requests.
