Hello, writing here after trying to reach the official support via mail and receiving no answers.

People in my organization are having issues when trying to direct alerts to specific slack channels, for example, I am unable to find “docs-processing-eng-oncall” in the screenshot.

Any suggestion on how to address this? Multiple teams have complained about this already.
