We currently expanded our jira integration to create incident issue types for all services in pagerduty. It’s now creating incidents for alerts with no priority assigned to them in PagerDuty. Is it possible to limit incidents created to only incidents/alerts that have a priority assigned to them either manually and incident creation or through incident automation when the alert is triggered?
