Hi there! How can I find out what teams do not have an escalation policy easily, other than having to go through one by one and check? We have 1 person who should be creating an escalation policy for every team, however there are others who have access to create Teams and we want to ensure they are setup correctly. Thanks!

I don’t think there’s a straightforward way to do this in the UI. I played around with the API a bit and have a sample solution here in python. I don’t have a huge account, though, so I’m not sure how efficient it is if you do have a large account.
