For groups who don’t use PD, hence don’t have login to PD, but need to lookup who is oncall for a particular team, is there a url that can be given to them to view the schedule for a team? Or if a team who has an oncall schedule and want to provide a link to someone so they can see who is oncall, is that possible?

Out of the box, all the users that need to access information on PagerDuty console need to have a license assigned to them and therefore what you are asking is not available.


One thing you can probably do is to use our REST APIs. There are endpoints available to access on-calls and escalation policies. With this mechanism, you are able to access this information and integrate this in external applications.

Is there any way to only show the on-call list with your plugin for backstage? Or even just the current person who is on call?
