Hi Team,


While raising incident from ServiceNow to PD it is creating duplicate one as you see below screenshot and that is linking with pagerduty. could someone please help me in resolving this?

Are you using the latest V8 PagerDuty app for ServiceNow, released last month? Also, I suggest that you contact support so that they can guide you in any troubleshooting actions.
