Here is a scenario I’m looking to achieve.


The account I’m referring to has EI enabled (30 minutes) and Global Orchestration (AIOps)


00:00 Alert A comes in, triggers Incident #001 and sets Priority to P3

00:25 Alert B comes in, grouped into Incident #001 setting Priority to P1

00:35 Alert C comes in, grouped into Incident #001 setting Incident status as Resolved


Can you please tell me how this can be achieved.
