Changing impacted service after creating incident

Hello.

Is it possible to change the impacted service after it has been created?

Not to create a new one, but rather have the ability to freely change it any given time.

    It is not possible to change the technical service name once the incident is created. There are open feature requests for this, if you’d like to add your company, please send a request into your account team or support.
