Yes, you can include a Microsoft Teams conference link in your incident workflows. Here’s how it works:

PagerDuty’s workflows let you add a “Create Conference Bridge in Microsoft Teams” action, which will generate a Teams meeting link as part of the incident. You can then reference this link in a status update or notification step within the same workflow, so your stakeholders get the Teams link automatically.

To do this, make sure your workflow first creates the Teams meeting, then use a field reference (like {{outputs.conference_bridge_url}}) in your status update or notification message to include the link.

A couple of things to note: this feature is available on Business and Enterprise plans, and you’ll need to have the Teams integration set up in PagerDuty.
