does anyone aware of the audit or report that we call pull where the person is on call but never recevied a notification ?

@Chethan_p07 Hello! You should be able to get the data you need by looking at a few responders. Go to the responder report (Analytics > Insights > Responder), choose the responders you're interested in, and then sort the table by the notifications column.

If you’re looking for data on more responders, you'll be able to get it from the API, but it can take a little work to script the requests.
