My organization uses AROW as a system of record and for job orchestration.

I am attempting to construct a ruleset that allows for the first notification from the application to create an alert and then want to suppress the following alerts from that “Parent_runid” until 11:59pm that day.

Is that possible? If not, is there another avenue I can explore to achieve the same results?
