Workflow Integrations provide a way to connect Incident Workflows with tools outside of PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud.

They can be configured and managed under Integrations > Workflow Integrations. At launch, they enable invoking a Webhook and grabbing monitor status or a snapshot from Datadog for Business/DigOps/EIM. With EIM, you can also invoke an Azure Function or Lambda Function.
