- Incident Roles: Define responder responsibilities and improve accountability.
- Incident Types: Categorize incidents and tailor your response processes with custom fields.
- PagerDuty Advance: Leverage generative AI to automate tasks like post-incident reviews and status updates.
- Post-Incident Reviews: Leverage Jeli post-incident reviews, now integrated into all plans.
These upgrades will roll out automatically, and you’ll be seeing more come throughout the first half of this year. If you don’t see these changes, reach out to your account’s Admin or Owner.
