SURVEY: Technical Service Dependencies

Hey PagerDuty Community!

We’re doing some research to better understand technical service dependencies and how our users currently interact with these dependencies to accomplish their goals. So, if you’ve ever had to consult or interact with service dependency information, we definitely want to hear from you!

The survey will take 5 minutes to complete and will help us build a better PagerDuty experience for everyone.

If you’re interested in participating, please follow this link or copy and paste this URL:

If you have any questions or comments feel free to post them in this thread or email uxresearch@pagerduty.com.

Thank you!

Whatever generates your links seems to be broken. This appears to
be a template from which actual hyperlinks could be rendered.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for reaching out! The link seems to work fine on my computer, but you can try this one out maybe: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TSD-Nov19?email=[email_value]&name=[name_value]

Thank you!

That is likely because something rendered the template accurately
for you. Perhaps you are viewing the HTML portion of the message.
I’m using the plain text portion. The message is composed in such
a way as to indicate that these are equivalent (MIME type =
multipart-alternative).

you can try this one out maybe: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TSD-Nov19?email=[email_value]&name=[name_value]

That, again, includes what appear to be placeholders of some sort:
“[email_value]” and “[name_value]”.

Hi Phil. You can just remove those placeholders if they are causing problems. The shortened url is: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TSD-Nov19
