PagerDuty Response Time

Hi all,

I’m fairly new to PagerDuty, and am currently testing it out on our Icinga2 monitoring system. I’ve noticed that it takes a while for PagerDuty to send out notifications. Is there anyway to speed this up? I’d love to use PagerDuty, but if it’s not a near instant, then it’s useless to us.

I’m currently on a trial plan, if that matters.

Hello Steven,

PagerDuty is committed, as part of our Service Level Agreement, to sending out notification to responders in 300 seconds,
or under. If in any event, the notifications are seen to have been sent out later,
please do point it out to us and we will be happy to take a look.

If you do, please reference the Incident Number, and we will take it from there
