Notification email when schedules change

We would like to add notifications to our manager also on weekly on-call changes. Currently on-call person is only receiving it and it will be good if we can add team DL in it.
This feature is not there in current pager duty tool

It sounds like you are referring to what we call on-call handoff notifications in PagerDuty.

Each user can choose to set reminder notifications for when they go on or off call in the notification rules tab of their user profile. While this feature is designed for each user to be notified of their own on-call responsibilities, it is possible to add in multiple rules here, so you could add in a manager’s email here as well. If a manager wishes to receive this reminder email for each of the employees that report to them, they would need to configure a rule to send them a notification in each of their employees’ profiles.
