Implementing PagerDuty in combination with Salesforce Service Cloud and ServiceNow


We are implementing PagerDuty. We currently use Salesforce for our customer CRM and ServiceNow for our internal CRM. Has anyone successfully integrated these three solutions to manage incidents? I’d love some best practices and tips. Thanks!

Both are achievable, Chris!

We use our Custom Event Transformer to trigger events from Salesforce and notify the team when a deal is closed!

We also have a fairly extensive ServiceNow integration you could review to see if it suits your needs.
