I would like to give my team members the freedom to choose their time-slot in on-call schedule. Either adhoc or based on repetitive schedule. Is there a way how to do it?
I wanted to let you know that we do have a workaround to create a blank schedule. With this setup, users can schedule their own shifts ad-hoc by placing overrides, which may work for your use case. Please reference the article here for instructions on how to create a blank schedule.
If you wanted shifts to rotate on a recurring basis, you would need to set up a user rotation using schedule layers. You can reference our schedules article for more information on this.
