Where is severity? We should make it an urgent priority to have severity

OK the title is weird, but that is on purpose as I’m use to incidents having Priority and Severity.
Priority - this is the business assessment for how quickly the issue should be fixed
Severity - this is the observational value of how its affecting production (not subjective), often times the alerts come with this value (Information, Warning, Error, Critical).

How does this line up with Priority / Urgency which is what I see in the incidents but I’m not seeing Severity. The company I’m working for has implemented Priority as Severity to solve this equation.
