SURVEY: Understanding complex incidents

I’m a user researcher here at PagerDuty and I’d like to get more of our community members involved in our research initiatives. At the moment, we’re conducting some research to help improve responders’ experiences when using PagerDuty. In particular, we want to know how responders find relevant information to identify the root cause of an incident. We’re also interested in understanding how much knowledge responders have about the technical dependencies and service infrastructure at their organizations.
