Object Mappings: Integration User Email is missing

Hi All,
I just started integrating the Salesforce Org with the PageDuty environment by creating a Trail org with 14 days validity to see how the functionality works and getting in to issues during setup and configuration. I would request your help in solving this please.

Followed the below documentation: https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/salesforce-service-cloud-integration-guide

At Step 21, in the PageDuty Configuration, I am getting the below Error as:
Connection: OK
Object Mappings: Integration User Email is missing

While the Connection is set to Ok, the object mappings is throwing that Error. Can some one guide me on how to fix this please…Appreciate the help

Hi Yash! Can you please confirm that there is an integration user email set in the Object Mappings tab and that the email is owned by an existing PagerDuty user?
