N-central Integration to Auto Resolve Incidents Upon Auto-Healing


I’m new to PagerDuty, only a few days, and saw that N-able (N-central) is listed on the integrations page, although it doesn’t look like it’s baked in, am I correct in that assumption? If so, I’m looking for a starting point, I have scripting and programming experience along with RMM management with N-central, I just can’t seem to connect the dots. Does anyone have experience with integrating these two technologies? If so, any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out on our community page! Any integration would not be in house within the Pagerduty product but you would connect via our API. Have you been sending events to Pagerduty and they have not triggered correctly or has there been an issue mid set up?
