Live call Report

Hi, I need to make a report of Live calls that my team aknowledged and resolved from the beginning of the year.
I could search for them but I can see only a view with a list, while I would like to make a little bit of analysis on them,like: who took the majority of the calls coming, in what time of the day are usually arriving live calls more, from which part of the world are the customer calling more.

I cannot find any help in the existing report, any ideas how I can retrieve this information ?

Hi Manuela! Unfortunately, this isn’t currently supported. The system that implements the live call routing features isn’t exposed via our API or analytics reporting.
