How to call an external API when an incident is closed or updated in pagerduty

In ServiceNow we have an option called business rule through which we can call an external api when an incident is updated.
Can we achieve the same in PagerDuty?

It sounds like you would be looking to use webhooks. You can find more information on webhooks here.

Webhooks allow you to receive HTTP callbacks when significant events happen in your PagerDuty account. Our latest version of webhooks is V3 which we have documentation on here.
