We have a service that has been in use for quite a while now. We’ve decided that we only want a subset of the current team to be responsible for this service, so I created a new team. I cannot figure out how to reassign an existing service to a new team. I’m a global admin on in PagerDuty.
Teams are built round Escalation Policies. So if you associate an escalation policy with the Team then the policy with the Service, that should resolve the issue. The Service would be assigned to the Team.
